The Pine Ridge Baptist Sunday School program is one of the greatest assets to the church! We love Sunday School, and so do our kids! The adults enjoy the teaching and the fellowship, and the kids love the lessons, crafts, and snacks each Sunday. No child will have to go to a class they don't want to go to because we want your kids to go to the class that makes them feel at ease. God's Little Munchkins

God's Little Munchkins are the 3 - 5 year old kids, and the class is taught by our pastor's wife, Sister Tessa Thomas, who is also a certified Special Education Teacher. All the kids and parents love Mrs. Tessa!
The Primary Class

This class is the 6 - 9 year old kids, and it's taught by Mrs. Diann Powers. The kids are always excited to get to her room on Sunday morning because she has them cookies, brownies, or her famous snickerdoodles! In addition, Sister Diann will teach her Bible lesson, let the kids do a craft, and at the end pick a "little leader" to lead the group in prayer in the prayer corner after they make their prayer requests.

The Pre-Teen Class

This group is taught by Sister Diana House, who is a very sweet and soft-spoken Christian lady. These guys usually go and snitch a cookie or brownie from Sister Powers' class before they get comfy on the couch and dive into the Word of God.
The Friends Forever Class
"I have some of God's finest Christian people in my class each week, and we have a good time learning God's Word." - James P.
These folks are truly "friends forever" that love to cut-up and pick on each other as well as learn from God's Word. Brother James Powers teaches this class with humbleness and with the Holy Spirit as his guide. He not only teaches, but he challenges his class with lesson questions.
The Senior Adults
Brother Lewis Beavers, who is also the S. S. Superintendent, teaches the Bible stories and concepts to these sweet people each week. They soak it in together like a sponge.
If you really want to get to know how loving and wonderful the people are at Pine Ridge, then come to Sunday School. That's where you really get to meet people and talk to them. In addition, you can experience Sunday School like Sunday School used to be!
